PRP MANAGED PROPERTY
PRP will provide the following services:
  • Procure the tenant;
  • Collect security deposit and 1st month's rent;
  • Arrange for requested maintenance;
  • Prepare accounting of all expenses;
  • Prepare final lease documents;
  • Forward copies to the Owner;
  • Responsible for Security Deposit;
  • Receive monthly payments;
  • Mail monthly payments/statements to Owner;
  • Supervise and coordinate any maintenance;
  • Post 3 day; 30 day and 60 day notices;
  • Perform move in and move out inspections;
  • Monthly and year-end statements.
 
OWNER MANAGED PROPERTY
PRP will provide the following services:
  • Procure the tenant;
  • Collect the security deposit and 1st month's rent;
  • Arrange for requested maintenance;
  • Prepare accounting of all expenses;
  • Prepare final lease documents;
  • Forward all documents to the owner.
 
 
Owner will be provided:
  • Single point of contact regarding property;
  • Peace of mind - free of tenant hassles.
 
Owner will be responsible for:
  • The security deposit;
  • The monthly payments direct from tenant;
  • Direct dialogue with the tenant on all matters.
